We are registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and hold valid 12A and 80G certifications from the Income Tax Department. Our registered office is located at Block 736, Ps Abacus, NH12, Action Area IIE, Reckjoani, West Bengal 700161.

Volunteers who register with O Jagannath agree to the following:

• Volunteer work is performed on a pro bono basis without compensation
• Volunteers must adhere to our code of conduct and organizational policies
• Confidential information obtained during volunteering must not be disclosed to third parties
• O Jagannath may terminate a volunteer's engagement at any time if conduct standards are not met
